1) Clarification:

This page says that if you are installing the PECL HTTP extension on Windows, you also need HASH, ICONV, and SPL. However, elsewhere in this manual, it states:

 * HASH is compiled into PHP since 5.1.2, and there are no configuration options.

 * ICONV is compiled into PHP since PHP 5.

 * SPL is compiled into PHP since 5.0.0, and there are no configuration options.

 * Also, CURL is included in PHP already on Windows.

2) Warning:

It seems something else is missing which is needed to make HTPP work, but it is not listed here.
